This is a well equipped clean 42' 2020 Keystone Retreat 391LOFT privately separated from the main house with parking right next to it for easy unloading and loading. This RV is equipped with all your typical home amenities including a full kitchen, living/dinning area with a pull-out Double Bed, private bedroom with King Bed, loft with two twin beds perfect for children and a small bathroom with a shower. The bathroom does have a normal residential toilet. The living / bedroom area has views from almost every window. You will wake up to early mornings filled with Hot Air Balloons all visible from the windows. The sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed. They are epic from our property. The living area has an Apple TV pre-loaded with major apps such as Disney+, Paramount+, Hulu, TV+. and Netflix. There are two recliner chairs and a couch that converts to a bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with a Combo K-Cup/Ground Coffee; full-size fridge, stove and oven. There is a kitchen island with full size sink. Outdoors we have Adirondack Chairs to drink wine while enjoying the view and a bench patio table for six with an LED lighted umbrella. Come join us on an experience to feel like camping in an open area, but with all the luxuries of home. The place is most comfortable for four people.
