Each unit has its own laundry area in the basement with washer and dryer provided by the owner; there is storage area in the basement, and shared garage. Parking is off street in the rear of the building. Large concrete patio in front to enjoy outdoor seating. Nice quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, etc. Tenant pays for gas, electricity, renter's insurance and cable/internet if desired. All applications require $50 app fee for each adult over the age of 18. CREDIT CHECK WILL BE DONE THOROUGHLY AS WELL AS BACKGROUND CHECK !
