The kitchen is equipped with energy-efficient SMEG appliances, custom plywood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and poplar shelving. The bathroom offers a custom minimal threshold linear drain shower, marble countertops, and concrete flooring. A hidden laundry room with storage is also included. Parking is available on the street with a guaranteed spot in front of the gate to the home. Additional street parking is available if necessary. Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this bungalow is just steps away from the ocean and the popular Eldwayen Ocean Park, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets. The area offers easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and parks, embodying the Central Coast beach lifestyle. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. Trash must be stored properly and not left in public view. The maximum overnight occupancy is four people, including children, with a limit of four visitors at any time. Visitors are not allowed between 11 PM and 7 AM and cannot stay overnight. A security camera is located at the front of the house for your safety, with no cameras inside. Entry is via a lockbox, with the code provided 72 hours before arrival. A standard rental agreement must be signed for the duration of your stay. If you leave an item behind, it can be shipped back to you at your expense. The home is equipped with reliable high-speed internet throughout, making it ideal for remote work. The Smart TV allows access to your Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Netflix accounts.
