Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Cook like a pro in the fully stocked kitchen, featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for a seamless culinary experience. Enjoy meals at the elegant dining table or the cozy bar seating. The two separate living spaces are perfect for larger groups or families needing extra room to relax and unwind. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Free parking is available in the garage and driveway for up to four cars. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Please note that no street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. Dallas offers a bustling cosmopolitan experience with sports, history, BBQ, and frozen margaritas, along with attractions like Galleria Dallas, The Sixth Floor Museum, and The Dallas World Aquarium. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The fireplace is wood-burning, and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Pet cleaning fees may apply, and pets should be discussed in advance.
