There are two homes on the property. We primarily rent out the main home, but we can also rent out the main home and guest home as one rental if you have a larger group and need the space. Located in the heart of Teton Valley’s iconic view corridor, this home is your gateway to thrilling outdoor activities and serene natural beauty. From epic mountain biking on some of the world’s best trails just minutes from your door, to drifting through breathtaking scenery on a tranquil summer float on the Teton River, adventure awaits. Grand Targhee Resort is only 15 minutes away, offering hiking, horseback riding, and summer concerts. Charming Driggs is just 3 miles away, offering shopping, dining, and exploration in this quintessential mountain town. In winter, enjoy powder perfection at Grand Targhee, renowned for its light, deep snow and crowd-free runs, or tackle legendary slopes at Jackson Hole, just a scenic drive over Teton Pass. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events such as parties, large gatherings, or weddings are allowed. Smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks is prohibited, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night to preserve the dark skies, drive slowly in the neighborhood, and keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. A maximum of three licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property, and no fireworks on the premises. Fines will apply for violations, including leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed for smoking, vaping, or using marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. From our location, you’ll enjoy convenient access to the region’s top attractions, making it the perfect base for your adventures. Grand Targhee Resort is located 12 miles away, approximately a 20-minute drive, offering world-class skiing in winter and mountain biking and hiking in summer. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is around 35 miles away, roughly a 50-minute drive, perfect for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Grand Teton National Park is approximately 40 miles away, about a 1-hour drive, featuring breathtaking mountain views, abundant wildlife, and endless hiking opportunities.
