The property features two homes, primarily renting out the main home. However, the main home and guest home can be rented as one rental for larger groups needing more space. Enjoy summer adventures like Teton River floats and fishing just minutes away, world-class mountain biking and hiking on stunning Teton Valley trails, and scenic chairlifts, hiking, and summer concerts at Grand Targhee Resort, only 15 minutes away. Snowmobiling and Nordic skiing offer endless backcountry access right from your doorstep. The property has important house rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks is prohibited, with an additional charge applied if any butts are found on the property. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property is not permitted, and no fireworks are allowed on the premises. All main entry doors should be locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules, and mistreatment of the hot tub, with a minimum $500 fine for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. The apartment is remote work-friendly with a dedicated office space in the bunk room, ensuring you can stay connected during your stay.
