A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are not permitted in the subdivision or at the rental property, and fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. The guest house features a dedicated office space in the bunk room, ideal for those who need to stay connected. A laptop computer is not included.
