Surrounded by wildlife, beautiful mountains, rivers and the Nehalem bay, it's a serene and comfortable place to stay away from the more bustling tourist towns. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house features one king bedroom, an office with futon and a loft king bedroom with double balconies to watch the elk and deer stroll by. The living area has a gas fireplace and open flow to the dining and kitchen areas. There is LVP flooring throughout the downstairs and a hallway washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy the fire pit and open backyard. Parking available for 2 vehicles The home is part of an HOA so there are quiet hours after 10pm. Located near Nehalem State Park, the Nehalem River and the Oregon Coast, the town of Nehalem sits between Manzanita and Wheeler. The tourist towns of Seaside, Cannon Beach and Tillamook are a 30 minute drive. The beach is a lovely 40 minute walk with numerous hikes to discover along the way. The quiet town of Nehalem is charming and quaint with antique stores, restaurants and shops.
