The vibrant and well-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, blender, small food processor, coffee grinder, griddle, microwave, and more. Enjoy the brand new propane BBQ and relax in the living room with wooden floors, comfortable furnishings, and entertainment options like two 50" Samsung SmartTVs. High-speed Wi-Fi is ready for remote work. For our younger guests, we have blocks, puzzles, kid's books, and even a highchair and crib stored in the basement. Just a stroll away from Driggs’ charming restaurants and shops, you’re perfectly positioned to immerse yourself in local life. The front deck is your front-row seat to breathtaking views of Grand Targhee and the magnificent Teton Mountain Range, including the Grand Teton peak. Distances to National Parks include Yellowstone - West Entrance at 1 hr 32 min (88.3 miles), Yellowstone - South Entrance at 2 hr 4 min (90.9 miles), and Grand Teton at 56 min (38.4 miles). You can also access hiking and activities in the Tetons here in Teton Valley, affectionately known as the quiet side of the Tetons. Distances to Ski Resorts include Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort at 22 min (12.1 miles) and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at 48 min (34.7 miles). Please turn all exterior lights off at night to enjoy the dark skies. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home and no fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Please advise immediately upon booking if you are bringing pets. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet and place bagged waste in the provided trash cans. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled or crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. High-speed Wi-Fi is ready for remote work.
