Off the living room is a dining area for 8 as well as a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator and 4 burner gas stove + oven. There is also a large pantry to hold all of your tasty goodies. The first downstairs bedroom has a brand King size bed and Smart TV. The second downstairs bedroom features 2 sets of Twin size bunk beds, perfect to sleep 4 kiddos. The downstairs shared bathroom has a walk in shower which is perfect for rinsing off sandy feet. SECOND LEVEL The first upstairs bedroom is sunny and warm with a brand new King size bed and Smart TV. The en suite bathroom has a stand up shower. The second upstairs bedroom features windows galore and a Queen size bed. BED & BATH ARRANGEMENTS Br #1: (1st level): 1 King (sleeps 2), Smart TV Br #2: (1st level): 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) Br #3: (2nd level): King bed (ensuite bath), Smart TV (sleeps 2) Br #4: (2nd level): Queen bed (sleeps 2) PARKING 2 garage parking spaces *Compact vehicles only* (will not fit most minivans/suv's) Approx. dimensions: 6'6"H x 15"W x 16'5"D.
