For your beach days, a porch closet is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, a raft, and a wagon to easily transport these items to and from the shore. Just bring your own beach towels. To access the beach, you can use the gate leading from the pool deck. The complex offers an array of amenities, including a large pool with patio furniture, private balconies for each unit, North and South elevators, and a security gate at the back entrance to the beach. Each unit is assigned two parking spaces, and a parking permit will be issued at check-in. For those who enjoy biking, there are bike racks available.
