You must have AAA credit. we do full credit and background check which you pay for. Parking is for one car only. No electric heaters allowed. No pets of any kind. There is an electric allowance included in the rent. Trash is for house hold trash only and must be bagged. we have 2 gates to get into the property so you can't see it from the street. Bugs: We live in the middle of nowhere. There are all kinds of bug which we are not resopnseable for including ants. We all get ants.
