There is a large furnished living room (with a very nice and large sectional sofa, a coffee table, and a TV) and a dining area (with a dining table and benches), and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is also a finished basement with a nice bar, a sofa bed, and a sofa. There is a laundry room with a drier and a washer. It comes with a garage as well. It has a nice backyard. All utilities are included, water, sewer, gas, electricity, garbage, and internet. However, tenants needs to do lawn care and snow removal. We do require background check and no eviction history. Applicants' credit score must be at least 669.
