FULL DESCRIPTION This quiet, newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath 632 sq ft back house near downtown Monrovia has a fully fenced backyard for you and your pets. The house is uniquely situated with the front of the house facing the alley, complete with its own front yard and 2 car driveway which are accessed from the alley. Features which make this home special include the original painted knotty pine wainscot paneling in the dining room, a retro inspired bathroom, beautiful modern light fixtures, clear-coated solid-core pine doors, large mirrors to visually expand the space, and built-ins that maximize storage in a small footprint.
