It features a large open-floor kitchen, living, and dining room, perfect for large groups and multiple families. A second living room downstairs offers additional flexibility for entertainment, and the four bedrooms comfortably sleep 12. The modern kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, offering a coffee maker, granite countertops, and a large and stylish breakfast bar that seats six. The sunny open concept dining and living area includes a large dining table that seats six and comfortable furniture surrounding a beautiful wood-burning stone fireplace. Enjoy views of the Bretton Woods ski slopes from every window and access to the back deck for additional outdoor dining. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Parking is limited to two vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. Additional trash pickups during your stay are available between 9 am and 5 pm at $10 per pickup. The pool and gym pass program is subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort. This home is located in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire's largest ski resort, consistently rated number one in the East for snow and grooming, and a four-season destination with activities for all ages and seasons. Just minutes from the historical Mount Washington Hotel, you can enjoy its award-winning spa, restaurants, and a myriad of activities, from canopy tours and zip lining to rock climbing, river tubing, mountain biking, and golfing. In the winter, enjoy both downhill and cross-country skiing, plus ice skating, snow tubing, snowshoeing tours, dog sledding, and horse-drawn sleigh rides. Bretton Woods is the perfect home base to explore the White Mountains' attractions, including the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Story Land, and more. The hot tub is out of service as of December 2024 and may not be available for January or February 2025 rentals. This home does not have AC, but fans are provided. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and noise levels should be kept low to avoid disturbing others. No parties are allowed without express authorization, and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. Trash or food should not be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided, along with a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are included, ensuring a comfortable stay.
