Off the living room, is a cozy backyard patio perfect for entertaining. My condo is located in the old southwest, by far the most sought after location in the Reno/Sparks area. It's also located close to the Truckee river and a park that's perfect for walks along the river. The neighborhood can't be beat, it's a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a mature, beautiful canopy of trees all around.
