The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, featuring standard appliances like an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The spacious living room, designed for creating great memories, offers stylish couches, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated dining room with a rustic family-style table seats up to eight guests, perfect for sit-down meals. Free parking is available for guests. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Nestled in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the City of Keller combines big-city conveniences with small-town charm. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. Guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. Security cameras are installed for compliance with local laws, but rest assured, there are no cameras in private areas. Each bedroom offers a little something extra, including a dedicated workstation, ensuring a comfortable work-from-home experience. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
