This private entrance 1st floor studio rents for $550 a month with a $550 security deposit. The apartment does include all the utilities (water, sewer, trash, radiator heat, and electric). We also offer courtesy cable and Wi-Fi but tenants are able to get their own if they wish. There is both on and off street parking available and while we currently do not have any laundry facilities we are within a mile of 3 different laundromats. We sadly do not allow pets or smoking/vaping in the building. We do require an application that is $25 per person aged 18 and older and it lists all the requirements and qualifications. Some of those include: Photo Id's, 6 month proof of income, and that the applicant(s) make as close to 3 times the rental amount in income a month ($1,650). We look forward to hearing from you.
