Use your parking pass to park in the building garage, only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed.
