Please avoid excessive noise as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will generate an additional cost. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine.
