The grass, play area, covered patio, and climbing wall offers plenty of space to play, relax, and spread out. This house is located within the Sandia mountain's foothills where multiple trials are accessible right out the back door, including the tram, which is just a ten minute walk. The house is tucked in the lower loop of a beautiful, quiet, and very friendly neighborhood. The Sandia trails offer great hikes, mountain biking, tram rides to Sandia Peak Ski resort, Ten3 restaurant, rock climbing and outdoor activities throughout the entire year. If you're looking for a place with space, opportunities for recreation, and everlasting sunsets, this is the place for you!
