Nestled in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood within the Grand Caribbean West community, this quiet and family-friendly condo is just a 3-minute walk to the gorgeous public beach access. The condo boasts a cozy bedroom with a king-size memory foam bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the bathroom. An open-concept twin bunk bed is built into the hallway, perfect for kids or extra guests. The living area features a charming reading chair and a couch that opens into a queen-sized sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, and more, with seating for meals around the table or breakfast bar. A stackable washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. This condo offers a pack and play, high chair, and plastic dining ware for families traveling with young children. While beach towels are provided, guests are asked not to use white towels at the beach or pool. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking is not permitted, and towing fees apply for violations. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, you'll find yourself surrounded by wonderful shopping, amazing restaurants, and plenty of public beach access. Enjoy local favorites like AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, Camille’s for Crystal Beach Coffee or Wine Bar, and The Donut Hole for delicious treats. Explore activities such as Crab Island Cruise, Deep Sea Fishing Cruises, and Hydro Jet Dolphin Cruises. While a vehicle is recommended for getting around, Uber and Lyft are popular options for ride-sharing, and local delivery services are available for groceries and alcohol. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. This 3rd-floor condo has no elevator access, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. The property is not pet-friendly, and only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM, and no parties or illegal activities are permitted. Violations may result in eviction without a refund and potential forfeiture of the security deposit. Air conditioning should not be set below 70 degrees to avoid damage, and guests are responsible for any repairs caused by misuse.
