This is a great little starter studio home. The inside is all newly refinished with floors, paint, stove, and refrigerator. Very close to St. Luke's and the downtown. Check the restrictions on PMI of Boises website)* - Firm no cats. - One time Pet Fee of $150 -A 'Pet Screening' profile will need to be submitted for everyone; house pet, assistance animal or confirm you do not have a pet.
