The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 12+ guests respectively. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Smoking outdoors is allowed, but cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.
