Pets are not permitted at this property. Smoking is not permitted at this property. Tenants must be 55 years of age or older to lease this property. The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the lawn maintenance program fee for the landscaping. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, utilities, renters insurance and the pest control at the property. Tenants are able to purchase a membership badge via the Membership Services Office for $100 per badge. Badges issued only to Tenants listed on the lease (2 badges max). The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in.
