The kitchen and dining area are equipped with an oven, stove, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with pods, an electric kettle, and a complete set of cookware, utensils, glassware, and dishes. Pets are welcome based on size with advance notice required to avoid reservation cancellation. A pet cleaning fee applies: $25 per night per pet for stays of 1–4 nights, $200 total per pet for stays of 5–29 nights, and $300 total per pet for stays of 30+ nights. To ensure a safe and respectful environment, the property includes hallway surveillance cameras and a Minut device inside the unit to monitor noise levels.
