Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved in advance to guarantee a space. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed. The property is not responsible for damage to vehicles, parking tickets, vandalism, or towing fees. Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood, as this is not the place for loud or rowdy parties. There is a $100 lockout fee.
