It is 5 miles from Prairie Creek Marina for boat rentals, trailer parking, and public swimming areas, 12 minutes from Downtown Rogers, 8 miles to Rocky Branch Marina, and 7 miles to Hobbs State Park. The cozy, sunlit living room includes a Smart TV and telescope, while the kid's room offers a TV and board games. The dining table seats 6 and overlooks the water, and there's a bar with cocktail tools. The home includes 3 bedrooms: a King primary bedroom, a King bedroom, and a Queen/Queen bunk bed. The fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer are available for guest use. This property is pet-friendly with a fee. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 3, and a fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $400. The house is located on a street with nearby neighboring houses. Beaver Lake is visible from the property, but there is no direct access as the walk is too steep. The closest water access is Prairie Creek Bridge, just over a mile away. A quick drive provides access to all the amenities of Prairie Creek Marina and Beaver Lake, and it's just a short drive to Downtown Rogers. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
