Step outside and enjoy the serene views of Nippersink Creek from your private outdoor patio, featuring comfortable furniture for relaxing or dining outdoors. After a day of exploring, soak in the hot tub and let the warm waters soothe you under the stars. Head down to the creek with your own fishing boat and dock access for a peaceful day on the water, perfect for fishing or just enjoying the tranquility of the creek. Guests have access to the entire home and private backyard during their stay. There is free parking on the premises. Located in the heart of Spring Grove and near the Chain of Lakes, you'll find countless outdoor adventures, yet still have a tranquil, private place to call home. Bauske Boat Basin is a dock located one mile away from the home. Boat and jet ski rentals are available at Jet Funn in Fox Lake. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house, and a $500 fine will be imposed for violations. Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount, so please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment. The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is as indicated in your booking details, and hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted. We have cameras outside of the home for your safety, and tampering with these will result in a $500 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property, and any damages noticed at check-in should be reported.
