This apartment has a prime location in National Landing / Crystal City, a central spot with easy access to Arlington and Washington, D.C. The Crystal City Metro Station is just a few minutes’ walk, connecting you quickly to downtown D.C., the National Mall, and major attractions. Fashion Centre at Pentagon City is steps away, featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment under one roof. Long Bridge Park is perfect for walking, running, biking, and enjoying outdoor sports and green spaces. You'll also have quick access to Washington, D.C. monuments, museums, and cultural sites just minutes via Metro or car, as well as nearby bars, breweries, and lounges in Crystal City and Pentagon City. Convenient stores and markets are within walking distance. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. A lost FOB/Access Card replacement costs $250. A replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. Parties on the property are charged a $300 fine. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability for $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. High-speed Wi-Fi is available to stay connected for work or streaming anytime.
