This delightful unit features a bedroom with a full-size bed, a living room/office with a single sofa bed, and a common area that combines a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table and chairs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes, and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is available, and clean linens and towels are provided for a relaxing stay. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $300 per month, with a higher rate of $350 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $300 to $600 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away, and the 6 Green Line 96th Street Subway Station and M15 crosstown bus are within walking distance, making it easy to travel up and down the city. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. Furniture and decoration may vary from the photos listed online, as updates and refreshes occur periodically. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
