This beautiful marsh-front home, new to our rental program, offers island guests a quiet setting with a renovated open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. A screened porch and multiple outdoor decks provide impeccable views of the tidal marsh and its abundant wildlife. Its central island location offers quick access to the beach, tennis, golf, crabbing, and the marina. Guests enter into a light and bright space with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and a palette of coastal colors. The living room, with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and a 65-inch Smart TV, makes it an ideal gathering spot. The comfy sectional sofa opens to a queen sleeper. Access to the spacious screen porch, with a dining table and deck, is off the living room area. The screen porch is the perfect spot to start your day, take in some afternoon reading, or enjoy a cocktail at sunset. A propane grill makes cooking and entertaining easy. A large, renovated kitchen features fully stocked cookware with ample serveware. The kitchen has leathered granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and recessed retractable outlets built into the countertop. There is a large pantry area for food storage. A dining table off the kitchen seats six, and the breakfast bar seats an additional two, offering an ideal spot for reading the morning's emails or paper with a cup of coffee. There are two stools at the kitchen island. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. A few starter laundry pods are provided too. Should you require wash and fold service, please let us know. Amenity cards offer access to private amenities for guests, including on-island dining, the beach club pool, tennis and paddleball, golf, and the equestrian center. The daily cost of the cards is included with your stay, a savings of $50 per day per family. There are additional fees for certain activities, such as a round of golf, trail rides, and dining, but an Amenity Card is needed to access these amenities. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Driveway parking is available, and there is garage access with a Tesla charger in the garage. This property has a limit of 3 gate passes. Guests will find that the area offers so much to do, with vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away. An adventure awaits you daily. No smoking is permitted. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

Johns Island sits on the South Carolina state line just south of the Charleston peninsula and is bordered to the north by the Stono and Wadmalaw Rivers. As the largest island in South Carolina, Johns Island encompasses an array of island living options and popular Lowcountry destinations. Upscale, modern apartment complexes and historic single-family homes can be found closer to the north of the island near Charleston.
The southern reaches of the island don’t lend themselves very well to large-scale residential development because of the surrounding marshland. However, the marshland is what makes Johns Island a hotspot for seafood and Lowcountry cuisine in general. Boating and fishing are wildly popular on the island, and many residents enjoy waterway access from their very own homes. The Angel Oak Tree is a popular tourist hotspot. The 60-foot-tall oak has a massive canopy that evokes the classic look of Lowcountry living.
