The building has 24/7 security staff, so feel free to report any concerns. Being downtown and close to the highway, there can be noise from the highway. No parties, gatherings, smoking, or loud music are allowed at any time, with the risk of removal from the building without a refund. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. If locked out, a minimum fee of $65 applies if the building staff assists.
