Please do not leave valuables inside your car, as we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of the building, and a $10 laundry card can be purchased from the concierge. The building is centrally located on Peachtree Street, making it easy to access the city's premier attractions, local restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance. The MARTA station is just two blocks away, providing quick access to the airport and other parts of the city. If rules are violated, you may be asked to leave the building without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the building, and a $250 fine will be imposed if found smoking inside. No pets are allowed in the unit, with a violation resulting in a $600 fine. Please do not take the building sensor cards or fob when checking out, as a missing fob will result in a $100 replacement cost. Late check-out not agreed upon will incur an extra cleaning and inconvenience fee starting at $200. The building has 24/7 concierge service, but being located downtown, the area may not suit everyone. The building was constructed in 1963, and the air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled, which may affect the temperature in the condo during certain months. The condo is in a high-rise building, so noise from neighbors may occur. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit, and no social gatherings or parties are permitted. Please leave the condo tidy by emptying the trash, starting the dishwasher, and placing dirty linens in the bathroom. Fresh linens and a thoroughly cleaned space are provided for each tenant, but no maid service is available during your stay. The condo includes Wi-Fi and basic cable, making it suitable for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
