Perfect for family reunions, group vacations, or a relaxing getaway with friends, this 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home is designed to make your stay unforgettable. The first floor greets you with an expansive open-concept living space filled with natural light. The modern kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, which boasts a 70-inch TV, comfortable seating, and large windows that invite the outdoors in. Step outside to the private pool deck, where you’ll find a pool, loungers for sunbathing, and a propane grill for al fresco dining. This floor also features a spacious king bedroom with a TV, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and easy access to the main living areas—perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs. The second floor offers an oasis of relaxation and comfort with an ocean-view balcony. The second-floor master suite features a king bed, TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with two queen beds and another with two double beds—share a Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Each room is tastefully decorated and offers ample space for relaxation. The third floor offers even more stunning ocean views from its private balcony. The master suite on this level is a serene retreat, featuring a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms, each with two queen beds and two double beds respectively, share another Jack & Jill bathroom. The third floor is ideal for families or groups looking for a bit more privacy while still enjoying all the home has to offer. The fun continues on the ground level, where the garage has been transformed into an entertainment haven. Challenge your friends and family to a game of ping pong or test your skills on the custom putting green. This space is designed to keep guests of all ages entertained. The outdoor areas of 3 Collier Court are designed for maximum enjoyment. The heated private pool is perfect for morning swims or evening relaxation, while the multiple balconies provide the ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying cocktails at sunset. With lush landscaping surrounding the property, the backyard offers both beauty and privacy, making it the perfect place to unwind. If you’d like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is available for an additional fee of $50 per day. Pool heating must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay and paid in full prior to your arrival. Two dogs max are allowed, house trained only, with a fee of $250 per dog.
