Rent for downstairs/basement is $2200 per month. The whole house can be rented as well for $5500 per month. 4. Utilities will be split by the owner between units depending on the number of residents in each unit. This will be done in a reasonable fashion to make it fair for both the units. 5. Yard is split between two units for maintenance. Front yard and deck area will go with the upstairs unit and backyard will go with the downstairs unit. There is flexibility to use yardspace as needed with notice and agreement. 6. Please note strict background and credit checks will be performed at tenants expense. 7. Household income should be 3x the rent amount. First and last month rent is due at signing. One month rent is the refundable security deposit.
