Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. You'll truly be able to relax in the coziness of this superb spacious home. As charming and functional on the outside as the inside, there is a beautiful front lawn and a covered garage that can fit 2 cars. The home features brand new flooring all throughout and a bright, open-concept layout. You'll have plenty of room to sleep in the 4 bedrooms with lovely furniture and comfy linens. Beautiful tiles cover the 2 full bathrooms, one with a standing shower and one with a tub shower. The perfect place to gather as a group will be in the large living area by the fireplace. Lounge on the luxurious furniture as you reminisce, make plans, play games, or just chit-chat. The living room opens up to a formal dining area and a gorgeous, bright kitchen with a stunning quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets to store your snacks. Whether you're having takeout or cooking up a meal, you'll have everything you need in the fully loaded kitchen. Finally, having saved the best for last, let's talk about that amazing backyard. The large pool will keep you cool and provide hours of fun. The yard has a covered patio area and is completely fenced-in to allow you the utmost privacy. There is also lots of patio seating all around so that you can chill poolside, catch some rays, or cozy up with a book. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. The home offers a covered garage that can fit 2 cars. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Room #4 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Situated in the beautiful tree-lined Oaks neighborhood of Garland, Texas, you'll be conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, 35 minutes to DFW airport, and just a few minutes from the I-30. Garland has tons of parks and forest preserves and is a diverse city with both urban appeal and fascinating history. Just a 6-minute drive away, you'll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shops located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 17 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 20 minutes away. There's also not one, but two water parks perfect for family fun — Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 18 minutes away and Surf and Swim is only 9 minutes away. Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. In 2017, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It's the true gem of the city and has many historic buildings, shops, and boutiques with specialty items, local cafes and restaurants, and live music at night in the bars. Firewheel Town Center is 15 minutes away from the home, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options. The property does not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings. The occupancy is 14 guests, but by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption, or marriage, with the exception of children related to an occupant. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The fireplace is wood-burning, and for safety reasons, wood is not provided. Guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Pets should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply.
