The upstairs has carpets in the loft and bedrooms and tile flooring in the bathrooms. The large master bedroom has dual doors with additional sitting space and a large walk in closet with additional storage. The master bathroom has separate vanities, a garden tub, and walk in shower. Upstairs are two (2) additional bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The back yard has a large screened in porch with two (2) outdoor ceiling fans and an outdoor patio. There is a large fenced in yard and garden space. The neighborhood of Carolina Bay has lots of neighborhood amenities including a neighborhood pool, club house, sitting area with fire pit, play park, walking and jogging trails, dog park, and kayak access to the Ashley River.
