Nestled in a quiet, scenic area of Pensacola, this charming blue cottage offers a relaxing getaway for families and small groups. With three cozy bedrooms and one bath, the home comfortably sleeps five guests. You’ll find plenty of modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for meals at home. The spacious yard is perfect for kids and pets to play, making it a great choice for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you're exploring the coast or enjoying quiet time, this cottage has it all. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. We do not allow cats at our property, and please ask about any other pets if traveling with them. There is a three-vehicle maximum for parking. Our property is located in a residential neighborhood just minutes from downtown. You'll find the area to be peaceful and family-friendly with a park just a short walk from the house. The neighborhood offers a relaxed, laid-back vibe, perfect for those looking to unwind while still being close to all the attractions Pensacola has to offer. You’ll be just a short drive from the vibrant downtown area, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The famous Pensacola Beach is also a quick drive away, offering white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. If you’re a nature lover, you'll enjoy being a short drive to Bayview Park, which features walking trails, picnic areas, and stunning views of the bay. The Pensacola Bayfront is also nearby, ideal for fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying a sunset stroll. This location offers the perfect balance of quiet retreat and easy access to Pensacola's best attractions. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Additional fees include $250 for smoking indoors, vomit or bodily fluid or waste, and illegal drug paraphernalia. Glitter or confetti incurs a $200 fee, unauthorized pets $200 per pet, dirty dishes $50, and missing towels $20 per towel. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, with the guest responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee, and will only ship domestically. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total without notification, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the agreed checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.
