Inside, the home features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, perfect for a restful night after a day of exploring. There are two full bathrooms—one with a tub/shower combo, great for kids or soaking after a beach day, and the other with a modern walk-in tiled shower. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals or prepping snacks for your adventures. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, making it easy to settle in for a longer stay. Relax in the living area with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the space. Whether you’re staying for a weekend getaway or a few weeks, you’ll have all the comforts of home in a location close to beaches, downtown, and local attractions. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. We do not allow cats at our property, please ask about any other pets if traveling with them. There is a 2 vehicle maximum and no street parking available. Located just 5 minutes from dining and coffee shops, 6 minutes from downtown Pensacola, 10 minutes from a local grocer, and 18 minutes from Pensacola Beach, this apartment offers easy access to local attractions and conveniences. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Additional fees include $250 for smoking indoors, vomit or bodily fluid or waste, and illegal drug paraphernalia, $200 for glitter or confetti, $200 per unauthorized pet, $50 for dirty dishes, and $20 per missing towel. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, with the guest responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee. Only domestic shipping is available. If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count, please contact immediately. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the agreed checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.
