Parking is available with a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes, and LSV vehicles must be gas powered. This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Guests will find that the area offers so much to do, with vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away. No pets are permitted at this property. Smoking is not allowed, and violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process with a code for the keypad on the door. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Beach towels are not included, although towel service is available at the Beach Club. A starter set of supplies is included in this rental for the convenience of our guests. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Johns Island sits on the South Carolina state line just south of the Charleston peninsula and is bordered to the north by the Stono and Wadmalaw Rivers. As the largest island in South Carolina, Johns Island encompasses an array of island living options and popular Lowcountry destinations. Upscale, modern apartment complexes and historic single-family homes can be found closer to the north of the island near Charleston.
The southern reaches of the island don’t lend themselves very well to large-scale residential development because of the surrounding marshland.
