The chef’s kitchen boasts high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, and a large island with high seating. The living room features a 55" smart TV, a large plush sofa, and an open floor concept connecting the kitchen and dining area. The minimum age for check-in is 30 years old. No pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in outdoor areas, including porches and the backyard. A fee of $300 will be charged for each room that has a smoke odor to cover smoke removal services. Parties are strictly prohibited, and if a party takes place, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess or damage. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. There are three security cameras located in the doorbell, rear yard, and side yard by the trash, solely to keep track of the cleaning team.
