Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and any violation of house rules will result in a $500 charge per occasion. Smoking is only allowed outside, and any indoor smoking will incur a $500 cleaning fee. Pets must be disclosed prior to booking, or a $500 charge will apply.
