There are 4 king-size beds and 4 queen-size beds. The 4 bathrooms include complimentary toiletries. This home is pet-friendly and has a fully fenced backyard. Private off-street parking is available for two vehicles. Street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for the entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's less than a minute walk to the Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than 1 mile to downtown Columbus, less than 1 mile to Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/Uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
