The beach is an easy walk or bike ride away. We provide most of what you will need for your beach day including, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards, surf boards and a cooler. Located at the front of the home we have a large private outdoor shower with bench seating. A bike rack is located close by with 6 bikes for your vacation. There is ample parking for 7 cars in the driveway. Everyone will love the abundant backyard outdoor space, including a private pool w/ rock feature and kids play area, brand new hot tub, huge fire chimney with seating area, corn hole boards and a large outdoor TV. When it comes to grilling we provide several choices with a Big Green Egg, flat top propane cooker and a propane gas grill. THE SPACE: At Just Like Heaven we take our Kitchen and our Beds seriously. Our hope is that you eat and sleep well but most importantly you enjoy your people! 1ST FLOOR - Opens up from the pool area to a downstairs Living Room with a wet bar, full size fridge, queen sofa couch and 55\" tv with Super Nintendo. A full bathroom and bedroom w/ Queen bed are located on this floor as well. You will find a door that leads to the garage converted to Game Room. GAME ROOM - There is an outside entrance and an entrance from the first floor to the large garage that was converted into a game room and hang out are. There is Air Hockey, Pop A Shot basketball, Electronic Dartboard (soft tip), 3 Arcade 1up video games and a candy vending machine. There is a seating area w/ a couch, 2 egg chairs and a 55\" TV. 2ND FLOOR- The Main Gathering Area *Enjoy an open concept floor plan so everyone can enjoy each others company while cooking and or relaxing in several seating areas. *Our kitchen is well equipped with quality cutlery, cook and bakeware, no more vacation rental wobbly pans here! Electric stove top, dishwasher, double ovens and large refrigerator. There is a separate bar top with seating for 2 near the coffee bar. *There is a bar w/sink and seating for 3, it has a mini fridge and separate ice maker built in. *Our main dining table has seating for 8 and there is another dining table with seating for 4. *The master bedroom- King bed with master bathroom and shower. *The second bedroom- Queen bed with temper-pedic topper. *There is a half bath facing main entrance foyer to 2nd floor. SCREENED IN BACK PORCH - You will find access off of the kitchen area on 2nd floor. You will find a large area with huge couch to enjoy your coffee in the morning or beverage of choice at night. 3RD FLOOR - Here you will find another Master Bedroom w/ King Bed, wet bar w/ sink & mini fridge, large bathroom with dual sinks and large shower w/ dual shower heads. The laundry room is located on this floor as well. The bunk room is located on the 3rd floor w/ two twin beds and a twin over full bunk bed. There is a large deck with seating that has ocean views and beautiful views of the canal and backyard below. Guests will have full access to home accept the owner closets that are clearly labeled and the outdoor shed that is used for owner storage as well. We are located in Sandbridge Shores which is a peaceful neighborhood off of the main roads and traffic. A great neighborhood to take a walk, bike or golf cart ride. There is parking for 7 vehicles and all vehicles must park in the driveway. No on street parking is allowed. Contact us to schedule a showing.
