If you have a Boat or Jet Ski then bring it on down because this condo includes your own boat slip (slip is available on a first come first serve basis, may not be available on holidays). The spacious living area offers plenty of comfortable seating with a flat screen TV and a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. The dining area has table with seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities such as a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, ample plates, glasses, and kitchen utensils. And yes, we have a Washer and Dryer in our condo, so you don’t have to bring your full wardrobe. The Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a Flat Screen TV for your enjoyment plus a Private Bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You will be able to enjoy the beautiful views of the gulf from the private balcony off the Master Bedroom. The Guest Room has a Queen size bed with reading lamps and a Flat Screen TV. The Ole River Condominiums have 2 River Side Pools with Covered Seating, Tennis Court and Grill Area. The sugary white sand beaches are only a few steps away directly across the street.
