The kitchen amenities include a toaster, electric kettle, Oster blender, coffee maker with Folger's coffee, professional-grade knife set, and Pyrex food storage containers. Guests must notify in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. The property does not have a designated parking lot, and street parking is the available option. An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
