For added convenience, the studio includes a washer and dryer, making it suitable for long-term stays. Intentionally designed with comfort, lifestyle, and sustainability in mind, this studio features floor-to-ceiling windows and natural sunlight, designer finishes, and curated interiors. The kitchen amenities include a toaster, electric kettle, Oster blender, coffee maker, and Folger's coffee, along with a professional-grade knife set and Pyrex food storage containers. Assorted spices and olive oil from sustainable, zero-waste industry leader Public Goods are also provided. We welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $50 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk or bike to anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer's Market each Sunday to the city's best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to explore the local vibe. Coffee shops are plentiful in the neighborhood, with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all nearby and equally great. Explore the city's best restaurants, such as Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, and Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals. Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer. For more entertainment options, Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor venues in the world. If you love music or outdoor movies, check out their online schedule and purchase tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. If you're into nature, you'll love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks—Sloan's Lake is the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park. We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills, offering endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. The property does not have a designated parking lot, so street parking is the available option. Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions, and a charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out. Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag drop-off, in the event early check-in is not available, can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval. Access to the mailbox is not available, and any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved. An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.

Lower Highlands, known as LoHi, is a family-friendly neighborhood just three miles outside of Denver, where you’ll find the Colorado State Capitol, Civic Center Park, the Denver Art Museum, and so much more. LoHi boasts a variety of local burger joints, taverns, beer gardens, and coffee shops such as Recess Beer Garden and Root Down, an old filling station turned New American eatery. LoHi is located near major parks such as the City of Cuernavaca Park along the South Platte River, boasting biking and hiking trails with scenic city views.
Hirshorn Park is a smaller neighborhood park that’s worth a visit, housing baseball fields, basketball courts, and a playground.
