It is being offered at $3250 per Month with a One-Year Lease Term. Security Deposit of $3250 will be due at time of acceptance offer. The first month’s rent, in full, will be due on or before the lease start date. The second month’s rent will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month. Pets may be considered, upon owner approval and on a case-by-case basis. Not all pets may be considered; certain breed restrictions for homeowners' insurance may apply, so please ask ahead if you would like us to check on your pet ahead of applying or if you have any questions regarding this, as your application may be denied on pet/s if not approved for consideration in advance. Appliances Included are: Gas Stove & Oven, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator (no owner warranty). Private Washer and Dryer hookups are available for stackable W/D; dryer hookup is natural gas; Tenant to supply their own W/D. Landscaping is included with rent, and will be handled by the owners and/or their enlisted caretakers/gardeners, and access into the yard space will be required, but if anything is leaking or an issue, the tenants are asked to report it immediately. Utilities Not Included, which will be the tenant’s responsibility, are: Electricity, Gas & Water (which will be separately submetered and billed out each month to the tenant for their respective usage through VPM and your online tenant portal account), and Trash Service, EDCO Fallbrook Waste Management (owner will supply a grey waste bin and blue recycling bin off of their main home account for an additional $40 per month, billed to tenant's online portal account, or tenant can get their own separate trash account if so desired); tenant/s will be responsible for taking their trash bins to and from the street pickup location on Tuesday trash day. It is the applicants’ or tenants’ responsibility to satisfy themselves with all questions and clarifications they may have or need before proceeding. And owners and/or management will be required to be listed as an additionally noted and/or insured on the policy. Please note the owner or us as the mgmt. may require a few extra days before the scheduled move-in date for a final once-over cleaning and wipe-down detail of the home to be performed.
