The tenant only has unlimited access to the fenced in yard and unit B, with some overflow parking allowance in the gravel area just off of the unit. Approaching the property from Carmel Valley road, you'll drive down a private road, which will bring you to a gate which can only be entered by code/clicker. You'll notice the barn to the left, large grassy areas just in front of you, the 2 bedroom unit to just to the right of that, and finally the other rental unit on site toward the back right of the property. As you enter unit B's area, you'll access the unit from a side gate, which brings you immediately up onto the exterior deck, which is a lovely place to relax, read and enjoy the fenced in yard. Off of the deck is the side yard area which needs to be maintained by the tenant. Also notice the raised vegetable garden area for your usage as well. Entering through the front door of the home, you'll walk into the living, dining and kitchen spaces. Large glass windows with window treatments provide plenty of privacy if needed, but also allows an abundance of natural light in as well. Off of the kitchen is an access door leading into the garage space, which can be used for storage, vehicles, and also houses the washer and dryer hook ups (electric). There is also a basin sink as well. Heading back towards the two bedrooms, there is one full bathroom just off of the 1st bedroom, which has a shower over tub. The second bedroom has the bathroom attached to the bedroom, which also has a shower over tub. Disclosures about the property: Tenants are not allowed in the barn or the pastures. There is no touching or feeding of the horses. 1 year lease preferred to start. This is a non smoking property. A one year lease is preferred. This is a non-smoking, no pet property.
