Adept in marketing and social media, Stephen is a visible presence in the industry, noted for his targeted, timely communication. His prior work over 17 years in a consumer-centric, service industry role made him skilled at driving results and creating a complete client experience. As a district manager for a national retailer, he oversaw the entire Northeast region and worked with luxury retailers across the country, achieving a now rare level of customer service expertise.
